About Hayden Place
The Location: Hayden Place is a vacation home sitting on one of the most beautiful North
Idaho Lakes, Hayden Lake. Hayden Lake has over 40 miles of shoreline and is over 4,000
acres. It is perhaps the most expensive of any North Idaho Lake to own property. The house is
located on English Point - one of the most desirable areas of the lake. English Point is where
Bing Crosby built his home. Hayden Place is moments to downtown Coeur d'Alene and all of its
shopping, recreational and dining opportunities. Hayden Place is blocks to the English Point
national trail system and is under 2 miles to the nearest PGA Golf Course. English Point is also
the location of the deepest, clearest water on all of Hayden Lake.
Hayden Place Your North Idaho Waterfront Retreat
The Setting: Hayden Place boasts over 100' of shoreline. The views from the dock, three decks and every
room in the main house are arguably some of the best views on all of the lake. To the west, across the open
water, rest forested mountains that skirt the banks of the Lake.
The House: Hayden Place consists of a main house and an attached guest cottage. The main house
has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a large living room, dining area and kitchen. Every room in the
main house has spectacular views of the Lake. The guest cottage is attached to the main house by a
covered breezeway. It has its own entrance; a fully equipped, studio size kitchen; and full bathroom.
The house sleeps 11 people. There are three large decks - one that runs the entire length of the
house and one that sits just feet off of the water.
